ST. LOUIS, MO – Knoebel Construction has completed interior construction of the new Blaze Pizza at the Shoppes at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, MO. Knoebel previously built the entire GBT Development shopping center, including the shell of this outparcel.
This is the second Blaze Pizza for which Knoebel was the general contractor. Fast-growing Blaze Pizza is a casual pizza eatery with nearly 300 locations across the U.S. and in several countries.
Knoebel built and installed brand-specific features, including modern contemporary finishes, a high-temperature pizza oven that cooks pizzas in three minutes and custom wall murals.
Renovations of the 2,600 sf restaurant were completed in July 2018.
