KNOEBEL CERTIFIED
The Knoebel Certified program was created in 2020 to ensure the entire Knoebel team exceeds our clients’ goals through training, safety protocols and focus of the Knoebel Core Values. The multi-part training program is mandatory for every level of our in-house staff to ensure the entire project. Each of our subcontractors complete our Knoebel Certified qualification process to ensure they also represent our core values and can work to our quality expectations.
2021 Knoebel Certified Courses include:
- OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Leadership and Jobsite Communication Training
- Construction Quality Management Course
- Laser Layout Training
- Storm Water Protection and Prevention Training
- Annual 8-hour continual education of the employee’s choosing tailored to their role
