Fenton contractor Knoebel Construction Inc. has purchased and moved to a Chesterfield facility.
Owner Matthew Mabie said the move, to 18333 Wings Corporate Drive, more than doubles Knoebel’s space to 9,688 square feet. Total investment for the move was $1.5 million, a company spokeswoman said, and the company’s annual revenue is $41 million. Seamless Investments LLC previously owned the property, and the deal closed in October, according to St. Louis County real estate records.
Knoebel previously was located at 640 Axminister Drive.
Knoebel said the new headquarters features 18 offices, three conference rooms and 2,500 square feet of warehouse space.
Knoebel, purchased by Mabie in 2012, provides development, contracting and construction management services to real estate development firms, independent restaurant and retail owners, and retailers.
