Knoebel Construction constructed the new U.S. Bank branch in Mt. Vernon, IL.
Despite inclement winter weather, the project team completed construction on time, within the strict deadline to open for customers. The new, 4,000 sf facility features offices and open work spaces, drive-thru banking, teller stations, employee kitchen and more.
The real estate developer was Cushman & Wakefield. U.S. Bank is the 7th largest bank in the United States.
