Knoebel Construction broke the remodel of Pay Less Super Markets in Lafayette, IN into six phases to avoid disruption to customers. The renovation project included significant revisions to the grocery store’s layout to accommodate an increase in prepared food offerings.
The Knoebel team completed all work at night after regular business hours. To maintain a safe and sterile environment, Knoebel barricaded the area of the store while work was in progress.
Since 2014, Knoebel Construction has completed numerous new construction and remodeling projects for other The Kroger Co. brand grocery stores, including construction of 12 new Ruler Foods stores in five states and remodel projects at 12 Illinois Kroger stores.
