Knoebel Construction completed three CVS Pharmacy open store remodels and construction of new Minute Clinic/HealthHUB clinics in Leawood, KS, Chattanooga, TN and St. Louis, MO. The Knoebel team worked during the day as well as the evening to meet the fast-track, three-month schedule. Since construction took place within a fully operational store, Knoebel implemented safety and cleaning procedures and collaborated with CVS’s vendors and store teams to minimize disruption and keep the public safe.
Each 10,000-square-foot CVS location was modernized with new finishes, including paint, flooring, millwork, brand signage and shelving. The projects also included constructing new Minute Clinic/HealthHUB clinic rooms, waiting room, pharmacy consultation room and a group sales room.
