To date, Knoebel Construction has been tasked with building 10 specialized, Jiffy Lube automotive centers for franchisee, Stonebriar Auto Services. Each 3,500-square-foot location features open basement structures that are unique to Jiffy Lube. Construction of these service pits required specialized protocols and coordinated scheduling of work by construction partners to maintain safety and unimpeded progress.
