Erica Boyd is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions for the national general contracting firm, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, establishing benchmarks and measuring Knoebel’s performance, overseeing licensing and financial reporting, annual budgeting and implementing internal control policies.
