Knoebel Construction completed interior construction of the new Blaze Pizza at the Shoppes at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, MO. Knoebel previously built the entire GBT Development shopping center, including the shell of this outparcel.
Within the 2,600-square-foot restaurant, Knoebel built and installed brand-specific features, including modern contemporary finishes, custom wall murals and a high-temperature pizza oven that cooks pizzas in three minutes.
Knoebel also was general contractor for Blaze Pizza in Liberty, MO. Fast-growing Blaze Pizza is a casual pizza eatery with nearly 300 locations across the U.S. and in several countries.
